Our own website, explained

Inside the TLVA Website.

A closer look at how messaging, design, and inquiry handling work together. This is the Agency’s own project, with implemented features explained rather than unmeasured business results claimed.

Craftsmanship matters.

Five Decisions That Shape the Experience.

01 · Business relevance

Begin with the Buyer’s Situation.

A visitor should be able to recognize where the Agency might help before exploring individual technologies. The homepage connects four business challenges with relevant services, giving the opening message a practical context.

That structure supports informed inquiry without assuming every visitor arrives with a finished specification.

02 · An informed decision

Make the Service Easier to Assess.

A service name alone does not tell a buyer whether the approach suits their requirements. Dedicated pages explain the kinds of work involved, implementation considerations, and responsibilities after launch.

Related capabilities and the delivery process give a buyer more context before requesting a conversation.

03 · Appropriate commitment

Ask for Context at the Right Stage.

Someone seeking an introduction needs a different experience from someone ready to discuss a defined project. The short form asks four questions; the strategy brief gathers the context needed for a more considered discussion.

Optional phone and address details sit in an expandable section. Both forms explain the 48-hour response expectation and make clear that submitting a request does not reserve an appointment.

04 · Dependable follow-through

Give the Conversation a Useful Starting Point.

Accepted inquiries are saved privately before notification is attempted. Each produces a Word document containing the submitted information, so the Agency can prepare with the context the prospect has already shared.

The document accompanies the Agency’s new-contact notification, keeping the project context available for preparation and follow-up. The private inquiry record provides a separate reference for the conversation.

05 · Continuity across screens

Preserve the Meaning as the Layout Changes.

The content remains in a consistent reading order while grids and forms adapt to the available space. Locally included Bootstrap provides the responsive foundation; custom styling carries the Agency’s typography and palette through the experience.

The layout adapts while preserving the sequence of information: understand the opportunity, explore the service, and choose the right conversation. This continuity helps visitors stay oriented as they move through the site.
