A brief introduction to your business, the Agency, and the project you have in mind. Together, we’ll get a sense of whether we can make a useful contribution.
Request a 10-Minute Meet & GreetExplore technology, functionality, integrations, and end-result expectations in depth. The purpose is a clearer understanding of the project and the questions that must be resolved.
Request a Strategy MeetingA little clarity can make the first conversation easier. Here is how we approach the decisions that often come with a website or business systems project.
We begin by understanding what already works, what falls short, and what your business needs next. Targeted improvements may be the appropriate approach; a rebuild may be worth considering when the structure or technology prevents meaningful progress. We’ll explain the reasons behind our recommendation before agreeing on the work.
No. Bring your goals, existing systems, and any requirements you already understand. We consider platforms such as WordPress, Joomla!, Drupal, and Go High Level alongside bespoke development, then explain which approach fits the work and its ongoing ownership. A chosen platform is not a prerequisite for a useful conversation.
Systems integration is part of our capabilities. We assess what information needs to move, which systems are involved, and what access or integration options they provide. Feasibility depends on the capabilities and restrictions of those systems; we identify those dependencies before committing to an approach.
We’ll need a clear point of contact, context about your customers and business goals, and timely input on requirements and design decisions. Content, brand materials, and technical access may also be needed as the scope develops. We agree on responsibilities and review points so your team knows where its participation matters.
We review the content, functionality, integrations, and page addresses that need to be preserved or replaced. The plan may include content mapping, redirects, backups, testing, and a coordinated launch. Migration requirements vary, so we define the work and any limitations after assessing the existing system.
Handover and ongoing care belong in the project discussion from the outset. We clarify who manages content, applies updates, handles access, and responds to technical issues. Maintenance and support can be arranged around the platform’s needs; their scope and responsibilities are agreed as part of the engagement.
The ten-minute meet-and-greet is a chance to get acquainted, share a high-level sense of the project, and explore whether the Agency can help. Choose a strategy meeting when you are ready for a deeper discussion of technology, functionality, constraints, and expected end results. You do not need every answer in advance; the conversation helps identify what still needs to be resolved.
